Patertech will make modifications
to the Web Site from time to time in accordance with your Company’s directions. Such
modifications shall be implemented within five business days or less.
As part of this service, Patertech agrees to back-up the Web Site at least once every
two weeks, and to store said back-up materials in a safe and secure environment, fit for the
back-up media, and not located at the same location as our Web Servers.
